Curbside Junk Removal

Curbside junk removal simplifies decluttering by offering fast, convenient pickup directly from your property line. Ideal for homeowners, landlords, and small businesses, this service eliminates the need to haul items to a dump or schedule large-item pickups through municipal services.

What curbside junk removal includes:

• Furniture: sofas, mattresses, dressers, chairs, tables

• Appliances: refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens (note: refrigerant-containing items may require special handling)

• Electronics: TVs, computers, printers

• Yard waste: branches, brush, small tree limbs, bagged leaves

• Construction debris: drywall, lumber, carpet, tile (subject to volume and local regulations)

• Household items: boxes, toys, rugs, small exercise equipment

• Miscellaneous: grills, bicycles, metal scrap

How it works:

1. Inquire online: Submit your inquiry. We offer same-week or next-day service. Possibly same day, if available.

2. Prepare items: Place items at the curb or agreed-upon pickup location by a specified time. Separated by type (metal, electronics, bulk).

3. Onsite assessment (if applicable): A crew may confirm the load and provide a final price before loading.

4. Removal: Trained crews remove items, load them onto a truck or trailer, and clear the area of junk.

5. Disposal and recycling: Items are sorted for donation, recycling, or landfill disposal in accordance with local regulations.

Benefits:

• Convenience: No heavy lifting away from the property; items removed quickly.

• Time savings: Faster than arranging drop-offs or waiting for bulky-item municipal collection.

• Safety: Professional crews minimize injury risk and handle heavy or awkward items.

• Responsible disposal: We donate usable goods and recycle materials when possible.

• Predictable cost: Transparent pricing models (flat fee for truckload, per-item, or upfront quotes) eliminate surprise charges.

Pricing models:

• Per-item pricing: Best for a few large items; each item has a set fee.

• Truck or load-based pricing: Flat rate based on how much space your items consume in the truck (partial, half, or full load).

• Hourly crew rate: Useful for jobs requiring sorting, staging, or labor-intensive loading.

Tips for a smooth pickup:

• Confirm prohibited items: Hazardous waste, certain chemicals, automotive fluids, and large amounts of asbestos-containing materials are NOT accepted.

• Clear access: Ensure driveways, sidewalks, and gates are accessible. Move vehicles if necessary.

• Group similar items: Place heavy items together and bag loose debris.

• Document valuables for donation: Photograph items you donate for tax records.
